Thanks for your reponse to my 4/21 message - Severe symptoms, yet I don't fit a diagnosis.  My GP has referred me to an endocrinologist, hopefully for the tests that you mentioned.  Could you please name some liver and metabollic conditions that could elevate the ammonia level?  Also, does ammonia level naturally fluctuate in people? What is a dangerous level?  And, do you believe that my symptoms and experience sound like MS??? I know that it is very common for tests to come back negative in the beginning.  We have definetely spent the most time testing for MS - and with my abnormal pupils, I am convinced that this is the start of MS.  How often is differing pupil size connected with later onset of MS??? I have heard that aniscoria is not ON, but I did have pain behine the eye(s).  Also, although my neuro-opthamalogist said I had a right Adies - now about 3 months later - when one of my pupils decides to be larger it is actually my left that is larger.  Can you please answer these questions?  I am confused as to why no-one connects nausea with MS, I have read many postings on MS sites where people suffer from nausea.
