  in the Manhattan, New York area.  If you can supply me with a

Dear Mr. Miller:
Ask your primary MD to refer you to the movement disorder section at Columbia Presbyterian. It has a top-notch neurology department, and I think Dr. Stanley Fahn is the director of the movement disorders section.
