Fullness in ears and head

Hi
3 months ago while I was on a international flight for a business trip, I fell asleep and woke up with extreme pressure in my ears and head. It has yet to go away.
I returned home to the USA  and immediately saw an ENT who originally diagnosed a bout of Menieres triggered by a virus ( I was not dizzy but my eyes could not focus - nystagmus?)  I was put on prednisone which helped slightly but after a month the ENT referred me to a neurologist who diagnosed a  spontaneous cerebral fluid leak - because my symptoms were relieved  by lying down. MRI was normal. A blood patch was done but no relief.
Things spiraled downward after that....and 2 months later I have a new neurologist who does not think I have a leak but also does not have another diagnosis.
I've also had one sided  facial numbness and muscle fatigue along the way.
The aural fullness and head pressure is sometimes one sided and sometimes all over but always worse when upright.

Anyone have ideas?????

Do you think this is spontaneous csf leak? A virus that could last this long?
Or something else?
Where do I go from here?

My team of doctors are stumped and I am left debilitated ( I can no longer work) and with anxiety which I've never suffered from before.

Please help. I need my life back. I was a very healthy active 43 year old women and now I am lost.

Thank you so much.
