Gamma Knife for TWO neuro diseases.

dear doctor,
i have been suffering from a neuro disease for 25 years now and has been impacting my quality of life. several medications have not worked and i have been pushing for surgery. i was diagnosed in the beginning with essential tremor, many years with that diagnosis. the latest diagnosis has been dystonia. now i might have both, ET and dystonia. my question is: can gamma knife help with both diseases if in fact i have both. my one symptom i would like to stop is the shaking, the tremors. it is in my head constantly and randomly in all other areas of my body. will someone please help me! merry x-mas and thank you!
