Genital Numbness/ Orgasm Reduction

I have numbness in the gential area for about 7-8 months, with majorly reduced orgasm and weak ejaculate with less amount. I went and had an MRI done and I do have some disc herniation at the L1 Lumbar I believe. I didn't think this was low enough to cause sexual dysfunction but the neurologist said it could. I plan to see a neurosurgeon soon to see what he says. Can anyone with more knowledge on the matter tell me if L1 Lumbar has anything to do with genital sensation/orgasm? I was also considering some sort of pudendal neuropathy as my muscles feel tight downthere and I have sat probably way too much at home/school/jobs.

I have this same condition and symtoms. The disc issue at s1-l5 has been ruled out an dthe pelvic floor is now the area of concentration. I too have tightness in this region and the thought is it is compressing the pudendal nerve.
