Grandma needs my help

My grandma for the last few months has constant ringing in her ears and gets worse when she tries to sleep at night. Along with this she has a constant pain in the lower back part of her head like a lot of pressure. There is no bump or anything and that is the only place her head hurts. We have tried neck stretching excercises to try and reduce the pain. Her doctor just keeps prescribing more meds I think there is something else going wrong, but we just dont know what it is. Im desperate I hate to see her in such pain. Please help! linds
