My doctor said I had a pulled muscal in my groinGroin lump Groin pain Groin stretch Jock itch Swollen lymph nodes in the groin area at the top of my left inner thigh (from doing jumping jacks). The pain gets worse when I wear hills, walk, or sit for a long time. I do soft stretches as my doctor told me, but it only gets better when I stay off of it. I work and am trying to lose weight. What can I do to ease the pain so I can work and exercise properly?
