HEADACHES

I have been having headaches lasting all day every day also having flashing lights in my eyes constantly. It started in my right eye first & now it is occuring in both eyes lasting all day with the headache. I did go to a eye doctor to see if it could be problems with my eyes but they indictated that everything was fine. Could there be something going on in my head?

No I dont see halos or rings around lights. Only the flashing of lights in both eyes also bad headaches.  My regular doctor sent me for a ct/scan just waiting for the results. If noting is found I am setting an appointment with a neurologist for some further testing just to make sure.

Do you have ringing/buzzing in your ears? Does it feel like pressure in your ears and/or behind/in your eyes? You may want to see a neurologist. I have a disease called pseudotumor cerebri. It is caused by too much cerebral spinal fluid. It causes terrible headaches that can last for days (my longest headache was 6 weeks) and lots of problems with your vision due to the fluid putting pressure on the optic nerve. I was told for years that I had migraines when I didn't really. Since the correct diagnosis, I am now pain free for most of the time. Good Luck! Find a Dr you like and can talk to.  If you have one that listens you will be more likely to get help no matter what the problem. If you don't like your Dr-Move on to another.

probably a migraine but you should still have it checked out. there are triptans like zomig that would help.
