Head/Neck Tremor Advice?

I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue/ME 6 years ago, and then told that I had Benign Essential Tremor 5 years ago due to having a tremor in my right hand.  However for the past 2 years, nearly 3 I have been having head tremors at rest when I am trying to sleep, or when turning over in bed.  The intensity of my head tremors varies from a slight rocking sensation to full jerks.   But more worryingly I am finding that I am having more episodes at work, whereby I feel fuzzy and this is followed by neck/head tremors in which I have to hold my head in both my hands. When this is bad it also affects my speech, and my walking and I look as though I have been drinking as my walking is staggered as my balance is off.  I am not stressed or anxious before this happens, but do find that when I am unwell that I feel anxious and vulnerable, as I do not always wish to have to ask for a first aider to take me to rest  room.

Would be grateful to hear from anyone else in similar situation, or for any support advice as I am not getting any help from the medical profession other than just learn to live with it.  I cannot take any medication due to having low blood pressure, and was advised that it was not worth trying as side effects would be worse.
