Head Pressure

I have always suffer from migraines & head pressure on the back of my left side of my head. For the past 4 months the pressure has increased to the point that my left shoulder hurts & my left eye has begun to ache very much as well. At times I feel light headed & disorientated. I have been to the eye doctor who informed me that there is no problems w/my vision. I have checked my blood & cholestrial which is fine. I have also tested my blood for diabetis. At times the pain is such that I feel like my head is going to explode, & the only relieve I find is that of my massage the area on the back of my neck. Please advise ASAP!! Thank you...
