Head Presure and feels like air bubbles in my head

I'm 20 years old I have been to a Neurologist and have had many CAT scans done and they have all came back normal. I have also been diagnosed with Narcolepsy, and have a low iron deficiency as well. Everywhere I go I seem to be getting no where with anyone as far as whats going on with my head. It feels like air-pockets or bubbles roaming in my head. It started about 7 months ago and persisted for about 3 months and then it went away and now recently i started to feel the air-pockets or bubbles in my head again. I am currently taking a temporary blood-pressure medication right now and all I want to know is can you give me advise as to what i need to do or can you recommend me the best Doctor you know and it doesnt matter where he/she is i will go there.

Try out long term antibiotics. I started out with confusion, left chest pain, and my head feeling pressurized which slowly (over a year) progressed to blurry vision, then ringing ears and skull base and top of the head pain, then ear pain, then crunching and popping under the skull and at the base of the skull. My primary doctors kept implying that it was either migraines or anxiety because they couldn't figure it out, but this seemed totally impossible because when I read about those my symptoms appeared nothing like either one. One day I went to an urgent care when my ear pain got unbearable and was told my ear looked infected. After a week of antibiotics my confusion began clearing, ear pain was gone, vision was better and ringing ears slowly improved. Unfortunately, my doctor's don't believe me and I came off antibiotics and things went downhill again. I've been on and off antibiotics and still can't get the doctors to leave me on them long enough to fully clear this up. Hoping I haven't developed antibiotic resistant bacteria in this process. I finally had one doctor swab my nose and found ecoli in my nose but a spinal tap came back without infection (avoid a spinal tap if you can, I got a spinal leak which was a horrible addition to everything else) so I may have found a cause but still not sure. Encourage your doctor's to put you on long term antibiotics and do some serious investigation. Good luck, don't give up, and keep trying to convince your doctors how heinous this condition is. Hope this this helps people!

I wrote a long response but it didn't go through so in short I'll say... when I get it, I believe it's trapped air. Do you cry? Are your tear ducts open? I was born with closed ones. Things that help...
Make yourself sneeze...tweezing nose hairs works great.
Take hot bath..submerge ears and sinus underwater to make them pop..
Press on tear ducts time to time to get trapped bubbles out
Drink water
Tilt your head back when the pressure and pop is coming on...u might surprise yourself with a relieving sneeze!

I'm no doctor what's so ever. Just one highschool bio class which didn't teach me about this stuff but I have a similar issue and I've been thinking that it has to do with sinuses? Maybe see someone who focuses on that instead of a neurologist because I don't think it has anything to do with the brain. Maybe the blood pressure meds somehow impart their effects in this situation but..Really focus on your allergies and stuff.. drink some tea ya. Hope this helps and I hope you get well!!

It may feel like a issue in your head but it could be something with your ears if there is a opening or damage to the ear drum it is possible for air or fluid to enter the brain and long term effects can cause mental issues etc. Hope this helps some of you.

I am 16 and i don't know when it started, I thought that was just what a headache felt like. Occasionally, a "air bubble," or so it feels, shows up in my right temple and pressure on the right side of my head. Tilting my head to the right and opening and closing my mouth (so my jaw kind of doesn't something to it) helps along with pulling the skin up to or in attempt to "pop the bubble." I don't think I have ever had a real headache besides this feeling. Do you know what's causing it, should I be concerned, or how to stop it?

I've been having this exact same problem, I think my large intestine is blocked our something, stabbing pains that I thought were my kidneys but isn't,I hear bubbling down there then my nose starts popping ears  popping and my eyes twitch and force me to blink,I also get terrible cramps in my feet and a general buzzing or vibrating feeling throughout my legs.the doctor just keeps asking me if I live in a stressful environment, he wouldn't attribute it to stress if he knew what I was going through. Its usually worse at night, sometimes comes on with a numb or weird feeling across the left side of my back, ringing in my ears. Feels like I haven't got long left to figure this out to be honest.

I have this also feels like bubbles in my head or something is moving inside of it. I am 22. It all started with the left side of my temple like the veins were swelling up when I try to tell anyone they treat me like I am stupid. I am usually fine until around 6-8 pm every night It keeps getting worse and spreading to other areas of my head. Every time another trip to hospital 4 times because of it and they wont  do anything they kept telling me to go through my GP. Now I tell him and he also treats me like I am dumb.1st I thought it was my bad posture stopping blood flow but it was not then I thought it was bad diet so I changed that but nope then I thought it was because I smoked cannabis for 7 years 3 times a day so I stopped that also but nope. Then i thought it was B12 deficiency but nope. Extremely unsettling and the doctors are starting to **** me off. I know its not nothing ! it is my body and I know something is wrong. All the doctors do is try and postpone me until next week and the cycle continues. I am there again in 3 days and I am gonna tell my GP straight I am sick of this wait until next week crap we are going to get to the bottom of this now or I am going to file a lawsuit of malpractice. Why cant they just do their job? they get paid loads for it. Just lazy *** doctors that want an easy day. I will let you all know what happens because i know you are all worried.

I have been doing research on radiofrequency radiation over the past few years.  The stuff is invisible poison, and it's everywhere.  Videogames, all wireless notebooks and wifi paraphernalia, cell phones - they all emit huge amounts of radiation.  It's not like sunlight, which stops at your skin.  It goes right through your body.  The most insidious recent emitter of radiation is the smart meter that electric companies put on people's houses.  This is like a small cell tower sending bursts of radiation through your house.  Is your bed on the other side of the wall where the smart meter is attached?  Read up on the web about the dangers of smart meters and radiation.  I never had bubble problems until they forced a smart meter on my house.

I am currently 16 years old (female) and I've had this weird sensation ever since I could remember. It's not really what I would call a bubbling sensation but it feels like there's an air bubble right at the top of my skull and it's usually associated with motion. It makes my anxiet go through the roof and honestly it feels like I'm about to die evry time this happens. Now because of it I can't go on roller coasters and water slides and have difficult times whenever I'm in a car. It's killing me.

I'm 34 and the best way to describe my sensations is to say that parts of my brain (inside the skull) feels like it's being tickled. It's a tingling sensation especially in the back (where I believe visual cortex is located) and it does feel like someone has opened a can of coca-cola there and it's fizziness is travelling on the brain ridges. The path is rather short, I'd estimate it as no more than 5-7cm of fizziness or tingling. I don't feel any harm or hurt, just a lot of weirdness and lack of understanding on what is going on. These days I feel it's more like a passage of electricity. I can feel it travelling under my hair roots on the top of my skull and sometimes flowing along my jawline.

What may be provoking this? Sometimes I feel it's the food I eat (Scottish smoked salmon) or taking a Vitamin supplement such as Centrum. Sometimes a particular sound provokes it such as someone who falls from a height and cracks their neck or limb bone. Hollywoood uses only one sound effect for that and predictably, the tingling/fizziness/electricity flows around some part of my brain. Sometimes it's when I push myself to have a scientific lightbulb moment. Sadly because I'm supertiscious, my brain has associated it to people talking behind my back or my parents praying for me. But this is not a path I want to cultivate as it can lead to becoming mad. If I did, I might as well believe that I can develop super powers like those characters in Dragon Ball Z.

I am 43 and have been having the exact same symptoms you discribe. I am a mother of a 26 year old daughter that is in and out of jail and keeps having babies she can't care for. I have the 3 yr old. My BF has the 2 year old and I care full time for my 19 yr old son who is disabled severely. I have little to no help. I have to earn a living through it all but can not keep the three yr old in daycare because of behavioral issues. So he is with me full time. I have been on pristiqe anti depressant for 5 years and I too can not sleep at night.  13 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia due to lack of sleep caused by lack of REM sleep caused by anti depressants. I was off of them for 7 years before I had to get back on them. Now here I am.

I started to get this feeling, over 6 months ago.  I have smoked canabis for over 15 years, not a huge amount but daily, never had problems with paranoia or anxiety.  I do get stressed, travel a lot and have stressful job, hence the cannabis helps me unwind at the end of the day.

This bubbling sensation is getting worse, so much so that I have stopped smoking because of it, now 3 days of cold turkey and feeling good for it.

In the beginning, the bubbling was only happening late at night, after playing video games, usually hardcore games with a lot to loose whilst stoned which i believe now to be very very stressful, if not consciously then sub consciously.  I would get out of my seat and lie on the floor grabbing my head completely out of it, feeling like I am about to die.  My stomach would feel bloated and my head numb, but at the same time prickling all over.

I have been to Thailand, on my return i was peeing blood, got tested but they found nothing then it went away.  Then i started to get this bubbling in my head, like clogged veins that goes after a little bit of pressure builds up.  No idea if it is related, the mention and thoughts of parasites is making me paranoid an anxious, just reading this entire page has made the feeling in my head come on, several times over.  My chest is tight so I know this is anxiety.  I am more recently having lots of indigestion problems too.

I will do to the doctors after a week or so, give me enough time to get the nicotine withdrawal and cannabis out of my system.  I do now think the cause is stress + anxiety. (this also brings on indigestion). Hopefully the years of smoking can be undone with a healthy lifestyle from now.  I have also come across MS related symptoms that appear similar, but that is a bit of a longshot, the more i read the more anxious i become, the more it happens.

do you wear glasses? I dont know if it is related but the problem went away  after I went through corrective eye surgery for myopia. If you do, try not wearing them for a couple of days to check if it is related
