Head and ear pain

Head and ear pain

For the past few months I have been suffering from earaches off and on. It all started back in January and I went to an ENT and he did a CT scan of my sinuses and found nothing. He looked in my ears and found that they were completely dried out so he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic ear drop which I found out is for ear infections. He never mentioned to me I had an ear infection but but maybe I didn't have an ear infection and that was just the best thing for me. Well, my ears are hurting again and now I get headaches and some are throbbing headaches. I have also been getting pain behind my ears. For the past week, my earaches and headaches have been coming everyday. The pain behind my ear started this past week and gets worse when I put my head in a weird position. Someone said it could be the humidity where I live. Should I see a doctor about this or should I just keep taking a pain killer? I have been taking the pain killer everyday for almost a week.
