Head injury. Still symptoms!!!!

Hi all,

I had a head injury after falling  a 12lbs box on back side of my head almost 1 1/2 yrs back..My reports were normal but, i got concussion and vertigo with movement. My Dr refered me to see a Physiotherapist. I did 2 months physio therapy.
But my dr told these symptoms will be forever. I continued exercise at home and after 6-7 months  got normal and back to my regular activities. But since last week my symtoms (symptoms) are back :( vertigo with movement, neck & back pain..
So, my ques is do I need to start physio therapy again or it will go away with time?

I had a head injury almost 2 years ago and still have dizziness, headaches etc. every single waking minute..  Tried so many therapies/meds/doctors and asked my PT to look at my neck and neck massage therapy helps but only temporarily.

Since physical therapy works for you why don't you try again?
