Head pressure and Nerve twitching

Radial head injury ache.  When this happens I cannot speak clearly, sometimes not at all, sometimes I speak when I don't want to.  My eyes quint from the pressurePressure ulcer in my headHead and face reconstruction

Radial head injury and my muscles in my arms and legs get stiff and twitch uncontrollably (this is not a seizure) . It lasts about 20 mins.  

Sometimes I can catch it before it happens.  I have realized that I sometimes taste metal in my mouth or I start to gaze at something for to long.  Either way, I take 2 tables MotrinIbuprofen overdose

Motrin ib sinus and drink 1 can of diet coke, this usually takes away the pain and the coke takes away the shakes.  
But I still have pressure in either the front right part of my head or the the back.  This has been going on for about 8 years now I usually have 1 or 2 episodes around the middle of the year and then nothing else.  This year alone I've had about 12 episodes between May and July.  

In the last two months, the muscles in my right arm has been twitching all by itself.   It went away for about a week and then I had another episode and it came back.

Does anybody know what wrong with me?  8 years ago when this happened Doctors were baffled they ran all kinds of tests and couldn't find a thing wrong with me.   They told me to take two Motrin and drink a Coke when ever this happens.  Theres gotta be a better way to live.  This year has been incredibly tough and I just want to get better.
