Head rush

Whenever I stand up, I get very dizzy and almost feel like blacking out for a couple of seconds.  I have tinnitus in both ears and I am lightheaded constantly. The back of my skull is also pulsating, to the point where my visual field is shifting left and right.  My MRI and blood work are normal. My ENG showed weakness in my left ear, and I have high-frequency hearing loss in both ears.  My ENT said he didn't think it was an inner ear problem (meniere's, benign positional vertigo).  Do you have any suggestions.  Thank you!
