Headache, nausea, fatigue after eating

I have been getting pressure headaches after eating certain foods.  My head feels like it is going to explode, I have nausea become tired and very dizzy.  I usually also have diarrhea and bloated feeling.  I notice symptoms especially at night after dinner or right before.  Usually I believe it is due to certain foods like dairy and whole grains.  However, I have tried eliminating these foods, and symptoms do not improve enough to stop eating these foods.  Thank you for your help.

Have you considered Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Colitis ?

I have irritable bowel, as a co-morbid of CFS/Fibro. And I also have the feeling of pressure in my head and chest after I eat certain foods, over eat, or lie down and try to nap after eating.

Actually, it is better for me to get up, move around, or even get out for a short walk right after eating. This keeps me from experiencing the pressure as well as the bloat and nausea.

A good antacid right after a meal helps with my symptoms. Also... a couple of magnesium tablets taken after the meal can help with the pain and the dizzyness... at least in my case.

And, sometimes... it's not the food as much as how you eat it. If you overeat, or eat too fast, or go to sleep right after eating it can exacerbate these symptoms.
