Headache, or something like it.

I'm 5 months pregnant and have been suffering from a terrible headache for w few months now. I've had iron-related headaches in the past due to my menstrual cycle, so I didn't expect any headaches because I am pregnant. This headache worries me though because it is actually painful. It doesn't feel like a regualr headache or migraine. It feels like a lot of pressure all over my head, mostly near my temples and i sometimes it feels like it travels from my temples through the back of my neck. I haven't been sick or anything like that. I've tried sleeping it off but that doesn't work AT ALL. But the pain keeps me drowsy and wanting to fall back to sleep, but it still doesn't go away.

Does anyone know what this could be?
