Headache Vomiting And low Fever Simuntaneously.(it's very critical)

I am a 15 year teenager boy.From November 2008 till March 2009 I had cough but when i used to take medicines My cough automatically got alright.Now on 4 June 2009 When i wake up in the morning i had Headache in my back side of the skull(first time ever in my life i got headache), with a mild fever.On that day i thought tht might be this is so because i slept late in night.But on next Day it was again the same.Then i went to a Doctor(physician) and he told me tht this might be because of the high temperature these days(the medicines were Dolo 650,Nice,Levobect).After taking these medicines for 3 days My headache and fever was no more.But again on 10th I had very painful headache and fever(100.4 Degree F) and what ever i ate it came out in form of vomit, even the medicines.I went to a neurologist and he shook my head and suspected tht i am suffering from meningitis.He adviced to admit me in hospital.There at hospital My CSF was taken(about 4ML).Doctor gave tht CSF in 3 different labs(1 ML to each).The reports are as follows-

Glucose-73.7 mg/dL
Total White cell Count-65
Polymorphs-10%
Lymphocytes-90(dlc)

Protein-66 mg/dL
Glucose-97 mg/dL

RBC's Count-- 1-3 / hpf

*Reports Of Third Lab
Protein-48 mg/dL
Glucose-56.8 mg/dL
Total White cell Count-180
Polymorphs-4

Rest Of the 1ML was sent to Mumbai For PCR In which--
PCR-not detected

My doctor(neurologist) started ATT on these basis(reports).But i was fine from 11th morning as there was no fever no vomit and no headache.Doctor told me that I am suffering from Brain TB and started his diagnose as per Brain TB.But I think according to reports I am not suffering from brain TB...and My headache,vomit and fever wasn't there from 11th june 2009(and i was admitted in hospital on 10th june 2009 evening at 4 PM...and till night i was having too much pain, but not from next day onwards.)...

Please advice me whether i am suffering frm Meningitis TB or not.
