Headache w. Facial Numbness-NOT a stroke

My husband is experiencing facial numbness on the left side with a slight headache.  This started on Sunday, I took him to the ER, that eliminated the possibility of it being a stroke as well as other things.  The doctor discharged him (although my husband was still experiencing the facial numbness on the left side) on Monday with a  prescrition for aspirin and topomax (topamax).  The headache and numbness lingered at a low degree yesterday.  However, this morning, the  numbness is at the same degree as Sunday.  Should I take him back to the ER? Should I go to another ER? Should I try to get an appointment? Please give me direction.

I would take him back to the ER if you cannot get him in to see a physician like now.  He definitely needs a Neuro workup.

If you think the initial hospital you all went to is not going to be helpful, then seek another ER.
