I've been to a neurologist who ordered an MRI and I'm waiting to hear the results. Can MS and trigeminal neuralgia be ruled out using an MRI? Are there blood tests that can rule out diseases of the nervous system? I've also heard that tingling and numbness can be a sign of stroke, but if the tingling is off and on and occurs on both sides of the body is stroke likely?
