Headaches , light headedness and insomnia

For the past monthy I have had headaches , light headedness , insomnia , numb upper lip and a teeth chatter . I feel that all this will never go away . I have had a  MRI , lumbar punture , blood tests , and ct scans all negitive . I have tried all types of sleep aids from Ambein , valerin root , teas , and melatonin ( which is the only one that has worked slightly ). Could somebody please tell me that I'm not the only one with this problem.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. You need to recollect whether you had headaches first and followed by insomnia or insomnia first and then headaches? Both are two different scenarios, with insomnia being the cause of headaches in the latter situation. You also need to review your lifestyle and working habits, if using computer screen excessively or exhausted. Stress, anxiety or lack of sleep could be causing numb lips.  Try taking rest and relieving you of stress, improve your food habits, nutritious foods, an exercise plan and consult a neurologist if these life style modifications do not help. Take care.
