Just an update.
The neurologist diagnosed her with benign inter-cranial hyprtension.
Basically she has to much spinal fluid in her head, they drained it and her headaches immediately got better and she felt a lot better generally. She is now on medication for it too. Thanks to you all.

sounds like cluster migrains she has classic signs, they can last days even weeks with no let up, vision usually is effected pain is usually behind one or both eyes and i get a twiching eye but thats not classic, can i just say people always think bad headaches equals brain tumor,,, well i was told by my neurologist that its headaches with brain tumors are rare its usually balance thats effected.hope it gives a little piece of mind
