Headaches, Loss of Left Side, and many other health issue questions.

Can anyone give me some advice about what other test that I may be able to request or anything else I can try for my current situation?  I started out with a major headache about a month ago on a Sunday evening, and the following Tuesday still had no relief and began experiencing left side paralysis and tightness in my chest.  My mouth was drawn to the left side and my speech was slurred.  I had no use in my left side at all.  Everything was numb and it took about 2 full weeks until I could use it again.  My leg and foot still have numbness but the doctor's think it may be due to my back(I have a really bad back with 5-6 discs messed up now and have had 3 back surgeries-2 fusions).  They have done 2 EKG, a chest x-ray, CT, spinal tap, a Renal Artery doppler(Kidney ultrasound), a bilateral carotid and vertebral duplex doppler ultrasound in which all brought them normal results.  In my blood work my potassium and magnesium were low and they treated that while in the hospital.  My Lymph Auto was high, and also were my Neutro Absolute, while my Lymph absolute was low.  My urine was fine.  My family doctor hooked me up to a holter monitor to check my heart and I am now on Atenolol for palpitations.  I am also on Lotrel,Micardis, Novolog, Novolin N, and asprin daily.(The first two are for high blood pressure and the next two are for diabetes).  I have also had an EEG report that states the EEG is normal recorded during wakefulness and drowsiness.  The absence of focal, lateralizing, or epileptiform abnormalities does not exclude the possiblity of underlying epileptigenic focus.  My middle daughter has complex partial seizures and she is getting ready to face genetic testing due to an amino acid problem.  Please help!!!
