Headaches, low-grade fever, enlarged lymhp nodes

hi..

For few weeks i have been having the following symptoms:

- everyday headaches, often severe

- frequent fever that comes and goes, around 95.5

- frequent fatigue, sometimes lasting entire day

- vertigo, or something that feels like i have a problem with motion control, comes and goes, happens one-two days a week..

- moderately enlarged lymph node under right armpit, two in the neck area (that went away), yesterday i found one in the groin area, all on the right side of my body

i've been to a doctor, was told size of enlarged lymph nodes isn't large enough to be concerned, had my blood checked, results came back normal, but i don't know the specifics of what my blood was checked for..

same symptoms remain..

questions: should i be worried ?
what deseases whould i be checked for ?
what type of doctors do i need to see ?

believe me, each and every reply will be greatly appreciated
thank you much

i would ask your doctor what he tested you for specifically. lyme disease can cause severe headaches that return every day, low grade fever, fatigue along with other tick borne diseases. did he check for mono, epstein barr etc...? there are many possibilities but if you are still sick, i would pursue this by all means.

I think you mistyped on the temperature, but if you are having fevers and swollen lymph nodes I would continue to pursue a diagnosis.  I assume your doctor knows what he is talking about regarding the size of your lymph nodes, but if they are really enlarged and you are having fevers, lots of fatigue and severe headaches, that is happening for a reason-obviously.  I don't know what's wrong with you, maybe something infectious, it could be a million things, but you might want to read on fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme disease-just to mention a few.  I would definitely go back to the doctor if your symptoms continue.
