Headaches

I am getting an MRI tomorrow, and they are looking for menigeal irritation, hyper reflexia, and a fake tumor. I have pressure in my lower right side of my head, pain, and also if there is to much pressure or pain then it will go to my neck and around my whole head. What could be causing these?

Have they done a lumbar puncture.  Your symtoms sound like low CSF pressure.
