Headaches

I am getting an MRI tomorrow, and they are looking for menigeal irritation, hyper reflexia, and a fake tumor. I have pressure in my lower right side of my head, pain, and also if there is to much pressure or pain then it will go to my neck and around my whole head. What could be causing these?

Hello.

Do you have blood pressure issues ? These headaches could be due to high blood pressure. They could also be migraines. Migraine headaches are known to present in a variety of forms.

Please keep me posted about the MRI report.

Have they done a lumbar puncture.  Your symtoms (symptoms) sound like low CSF pressure.
