Headaches and Balance Problems

by Cher96, Nov 04, 2009 09:44PM
I have been having bad headaches for the last couple years, and balance problems and dizziness at times. my vision isnt as good as it use to be, I sometimes feel like my memory isnt very good either. my last CT scan of my head was about 20 years ago. would I benefit from one at this time?

Hi,
You could benefit from a CT scan, but it is better to have this checked first by your doctor for proper evaluation. Your medical history and complete physical and neurological examination are initially done to see what could be the problem. Diagnostic tests such as the CT will be done if indicated. Do keep us posted with your check-up. All the best.
