Headaches and neck pain...

I also have been have neck pain and heaches for about a year and a half now. I was in a bad car accident about 2 years ago. The pain isn't too intense, but its very annoying. I'm just looking for answers cuz there is no reason why i should like this when i'm only 20 years old. Every doctor i go to says its just stress and i need to relax but i hardly ever feel stressed and why would i have this pain day after day. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
