Headaches

by lja12, Jul 04, 2007 12:00AM
I have a few questions. My first being, I have been having horrible headaches for about 3 months. The headaches are only in the back top left side of my head. I have tried Midrin, and am currently on Topamax. The Topamax is helping take the edge off which is nice. I was refered to a pain consultant, who preformed a nerve block which did nothing, and set up a MRI. I have just been notified that an abnormal variable was found in my MRI and I now need to a see a neurologist. What could this variable be? And if this variable ends up being nothing, any suggestions as to what my next step should be as to finding a solution to these headaches?
