Healthy 21 year old male with unilateral paresthesias

The patient is a 21 year old male with no significant past medical history. Patient had recent bloodworm that was unremarkable;e and is in good physical health. He first experienced "pins and needles" in his right arm, right face, torso and leg while he was making breakfast. Along with this, while breathing in through his nose he described it as "super sensitive" to sense. No apparent motor dysfunction during the event. It resolved itself in under 10 minutes.

The second occurrence was 2 nights later while the patient was washing his face. Described pins and needles again in his right face and right arm. This time he tried to see if he could balance on his right leg and was unsuccessful.

My differentials are a simple partial seizure, B12 deficiency, hypocalcemia, or lastly (but unlikely) a TIA. I am leaning more towards it being a new onset partial seizure based on its recurrence and unilateral pattern, but I was looking for input from anyone with advice! Thank you.
