Hi there. Your symptoms sound like guillain barre syndrome or acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. It is an ascending paralysis beginning in the feet and hands and migrating to the chest. Usually is triggered by an acute infection. There is symmetric weakness affecting the lower limbs first and ascending up. Weakness in feet is like a rubbery sensation with or without tingling and numbness. Consult a neurologist at the earliest. You would be required to undergo electromyography or EMG, nerve conduction study or NCV, and cerebrospinal fluid examination for diagnosis. Therapy is supportive and corticosteroids and immunosuppressant are indicated if diagnosis is confirmed. Hope this helps. Take care.

You might want to see if you have narcolepsy.   For years, I felt sleep, compelled to sleep and my arms felt like they had lead in them periodically.  I saw a sleep neurologist....I've got narcolepsy.  Its nothing like what they show in the movies.  You should get it checked out.
