Help!! muscle weakness all over

I'm a 31 year old male who has been experiencing subjective muscle weakness in my limbs and sometimes with my chewing muscles of the jaw/head.     I don't have objectively measurable weakness so my neuro exam is normal.   It basically feels like my forearms that control my fingers are stiff in a way and my fingers and hands will work like jello, not doing what I want them to do like dial a cell phone or use a computer mouse.  I find myself making many typos on the keyboard and spend much time correcting this very post.   Same funny feeling in my upper arms, and sometimes my knees will buckle slightly under me and my legs feel very heavy as if hard to walk.   My gait is normal.    My thyroid test (TSH),  BMP, and full CBC and MRI of brain are normal.    I have also in the past 2 years experienced heart flutters and a mental condition chronic "derealization" and trouble with memory and focus.  Anyone?

Couple things come to mind.  You can get this shaking, heavy thing and tension near your ears if your blood pressure is too high.  You can also get your tiredness, and the shaking and heavy symptoms, because of not enough protein in your diet, and sometimes not enough food in general.  I might add that sitting in front of a computer for long, long hours daily can do this, so you should get up every hour like clockwork and go look out a window, walk around a little and stretch out, re-orient yourself to the real world, and then go back and continue working.  The derealization and memory may be from the protein thing too, and also not getting enough B vitamins.  So, most important thing is to get your blood pressure checked, also see how fast your pulse is going, and try to eat a lot of food, especially stuff like eggs and hamburgers, and eat a whole wheat sandwich with lots of stuff in it daily, eat subs, spagetti with meatballs, go to your fav restaurant more often and chow down.  If you have a tendency to get overweight, why, do some easy exercises at home and build up to longer and longer walks in your neighorhood, and it'll keep you from gaining weight.  One more thing, the derealization and also the shaking and other symptoms can come from being dehydrated, so make it a point to drink several extra glasses of water every day.
