Help, is this Myasthenia Gravis or Spinal Stenosis

I am 50 years old. I have Myasthenia Gravis and have also had several surgeries for severe cervical spinal stenosis. I was taking Imuran for my MG until it started affecting my blood counts. When I stopped the Imuran I started having a lot of joint pain. When the severe pain eased  I was left with tingling in my torso and legs. The tingling never subsides. It is so strong at night that it often wakes me up.  I don't know if this is from my MG or my neck. There is some mild narrowing on the cord  and some pinched nerves at the c-3 formina. My neuro surgeon does not believe the problem is enough to require surgery. Please, Please, can you give me some advice. My Neurologist said this is central nervous and brainstem related. I need some one to give me idea as to what is happening to me.
