Help Headaches, TMJ, Pituitary Gland?

I am very worried about my situation. About 10 months ago I had some filings done and then followed up by a root canal. About a month later I returned to the dentist due to headaches on the right side where the filing was done. The dentist said that the filed tooth was placed to high and was bumping against the teeth above it causing the pain. He fixed the problem but I began to notice dull headaches mainly behind my eyes,  hearing my heartbeat in my right ear with exertion, hearing creaking of my joints in my neck/stiff and some twitchy-ness. I went to see my primary care doctor and was told that he did not deal with dental issues but that I needed to be on blood pressure medicine and that doing further tests would not really yield anything for a couple of months. I got a new doctor who when ahead and ran the blood work which came back normal. She suggested I see my eye doctor and have my eyes checked regarding the headache. The eye doc said that he could see no cause for the headaches. The primary doctor then suggested 2 tracks 1) see an ENT and 2) see a sleep disorder specialist. The ENT ordered a CT scan  to see if the heartbeat sound in my ear was being caused by a high jugular bulb. The CT scan did not show the high jugular bulb but it did show a “bulge on my pituitary gland” and an MRI was ordered. I was told that the pituitary bulge could just be coincidental and the MRI was needed to see that area better. I'm now waiting on MRI results -- done 2 days ago.Questions— I keep going back to my dental issues --I had ZERO issues before the dental work. Could these symptoms be caused by TMJ? Would the CT scan showedthe TMJ?  How serious is my situation -- should I be referred to a neurologist?

Start doing this pranayam twice a day for 30 minutes, and if you notice any improvement in 9 days, then you will be Ok. After you are better, do the anulom vilom for 15 minutes daily for life.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
