Help for Myasthenia Gravis

by cherean, Sep 28, 2007 08:20AM
my boyfriend was diagnosed about 7/8 months ago with Myasthenia Gravis.  he has a thymoma (Tumour on the thymus gland)  he has chosen not to have his thymus gland removed as this would only cause more problems in the long run.  he is trying to get rid of the tumour by eating healthily and only organically grown veggies.  would anyone please be able to help us in this regard??
we live in south africa where MG is EXTREMELY rare.

Many thanks
Cherean

May I ask why wouldn't he want ot move his thymus gland? I recently had my thymus gland removed and feel much better.
