Help for Nerve Shocks

I don't know why, but out of now were I get these Nerve Shocks. Usually from extremely high, low, or in between sound from anything. It sends like a weird electric like shock throughout my entire body from head to toe. It hurts more in some places more than others. I have been having these since about 5 or 6 and it seems like it's been getting worse ever since. Last time I has one I was cooking and I started having one and I started to black out, but brought my self to before I did. I really want help so I don't end up hurting myself in someway. I just want to know what they are and how to treat it.
