Help please, I don't know what happened to me at 4am???? It was horrible!

I put this into the 'pain' topic, because I don't actually know what it comes under.
Well basically, at 4am I was still awake and I got up to feed my rats. Suddenly, I felt really sick, so I ran down to the toilet thinking I was going to throw up but I didn't. My face now felt really numb, and kind of freezing cold at the same time. I thought maybe I needed a glass of water, so I got up and had a nice drink of water, and I felt sick again and as I tried to walk to the bathroom but I lost my balance, felt all drowsy/dizzy and lost my sight for a few seconds. I layed down on my bathroom floor, and my face went really numb again, and freezing cold at the same time. I layed there for abit, and went back to bed.
My face still felt really wierd and I felt lightheaded, but I had a really hot abdomen.

I don't know what happened. Nothing like that has ever happend - apart from feeling really dizzy and losing sight for a few seconds, but I never thought anything of it.
can anyone help, or tell me what is wrong please?

If it helps, I am only 16, I am on no medication, I have no conditions or disabilities etc.
Thanks.

Dont want to scare you.  I think you are probably right about the migraine.  I have had that happen to me a couple of times.  However, I recently went in with a seisure and the ran a ct scan and it revealed that some time in the past I had had two small strokes.  my symptoms were the same as yours. I was also young.  in my teens and early twenties.  so just beaware that it can happen.  always best to go to the doctor when that happens just to  be safe.  strokes start out as sudden migraines.  the symptoms you described are actually symptoms of a stroke too. so please be carefull blowing them off.  good luck to you.
