Help with MRI report

I need help understanding my husbands latest MRI. It says as follows:

Interval increase in T2 and FLAIR signal hyperintensity centered in left frontoparietal lobe extending into the left temporal lobe. There has been slight interval increase in mass effect on the left lateral ventricle, but no evidence of midline shift.. Heterogeneous enhancing lesion in the left frontal lobe has increased slightly in size, measuring 2.6 x 3.0 x 2.3cm (AP x TR x CC)as compared to 2.0x 2.5 x 2.1 on prior exam. Nonenhancing central portion is slightly larger in size. The peripheral enhancing rim of this lesion continues to demonstrate restricted diffusion. Small cystic focus lateral to the heterogeneously enhancing lesion is similar in size and appearance. Similar appearance of T1 hype rintensity in the globus pallidus and dentate nuclei may reflect treatment changes. No areas of acute ischemia or hemorrhage. No additional enhacing lesions identified. (What does the AP, TR and CC mean on the measurement?)

CONCLUSION
Interval enlargement of heterogeneously enhancing left frontal lobe lesion, with asociated increased surrounding T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensity and mass effect. These findings suggest tumor progression and worsening surrounding edema.

Could I get a layman's explanation of this report and description of where these ares are in the brain?
