Help!

Hi, Starting Septemeber 1 2011 I came home from work and felt like I couldnt breath, I went to bed and woke up at 3:30am to get my daughter milk. the feeling became worse, and I rememebr holding on to the couners and before I knew it, I woke up and was on the floor, my head and my neck both hurt. The next morning when I woke up I stood up from bed and my heart was racing and my vision was not right. I went to urgent care where they gave me anti anexity medication and a muscle relaxent. Two weeks to the date of the first eposide, I woke up again in the morning felt a strange feeling come over my body and my vision became blurry, I went to walk to the couch and I fell in the hallway and was unable to stand, even when i was grabbing anything I could to try and get up, after that incident I was fine later in the day, but had a terrible headache. I went to see my primary doctor and he had me follow his finger he looked concerned and said when I looked to the left my eyes where shaking but not when I looked to the right. He called the neurologist and ordered a MRI and EEG. Since seeing him it seems to be getting progressively worse. Daily, I my feet become tingling, I have a hard time holding things and on through out the day, my vision is blurred, and when talking people they ask me to repeat my self multiple times. I have even been getting the feeling I am drunk but have not drank at all. I was wondering if you may be able to have some possiblities of what it could be based on my symptoms. I am getting more and more worried as the days go on, and even more scared to fall asleep at night, no knowing what it could be. The neurologist can not get me in until January and if it may be more serious im wondering if I should try finding another who can get me in sooner. Sorry for the long post! Have you had any basic labs drawn at all?

Yes and everything came back normal they did a full metabolic panel, tested for anemia, and my kidneys and it was all ok.

Have you had the MRI done yet?  If not, you should be getting that done now before the Neuro visit.  

Why is the Neuro visit so far off?

I am going tomorrow night for the MRI and tuesday for a sleep deprived EEG. Its scheduled so far out because the neurologist I was refferred to did not have any openings until 1/30/11.

Well, try to get a copy of the reports and perhaps I can help you with what was found/results.  Not promising I will know exactly what they mean, however, I will try to help.
