Help!!!

My daughter has had medical issues since the day she was born. She spent alot of the first year of her life in the hospital for either seizures or asperation pneumonia. She is now 3 yrs old. she has hypotonia, does not walk or talk, has nystagmus, and has cognative delays. We have been doing genetic testing for the last two yrs and not found anything. Our Neurologist just told us that her most recent MRI shows that her Cerebellum is shrinking and that he says that after comparing it to her last two mri's that she has Cerebraller Atrophy, and since all the genetic tests have been normal he does not know what it could be. Do you have any ideas?
