Hemangioma of the T2 vertebral body

Hemangioma of the T2 vertebral body

I have had significant pain in my back for a couple of years now with arm weakness and severe rib pain that takes my breathe away.  I just had an MRI of my cervical spine and it showed several disc bulges and herniations as well as an abnormal signal in the marrow cavity consistent with a focal hemagioma of the T2 vertebral bone.  I am unable to do the things that I used to as a result of this constant pain!!!  Due to go to a neurosurgeon in a couple of days and was wondering if there is anything specific I should be asking about the hemangioma!  After reading on this site I know many doctors say that hemangioma's don't cause pain but I know mine is!!  Also, if anybody knows what does abnormal signal intensity in the marrow cavity mean?   Any help would be appreciated!!
