Hemiplegic Migraine

My 16 year old daughter woke up at 3AM whimpering for help but could not speak or move her arms or face. Before this she had described tingling sensation taking her over.  It seems seizure-like without the shaking and lasted for about 15 minutes.  Called 911 and she was taken to emergency. They feared stroke.  The catscan came out normal.  She vomitted for hours and was exhausted but regained complete mental and physical function.
The Doctors do not know what to think and she was released from the hospital after about 12 hours.  My daughter has sufferred from migrains in the recent past.  Just the week previous we had to go to urgent care for a shot to get rid of a massive headache.
Does her recent siezure-like episode sound like Hemiplegic Migrain?  How can we know for sure?

a hemiplegic shot I hate to tell you, in my experience, is nothing more than Ibruprofen and cafeine and it costs about 150 bucks. A hemiplegic migraine is constantly going on in the.. victims? head and usually cannot be felt. I have never heard of a seizure but I am not a Dr. I would ask for MRI's with contrast and have them check for Chiria malformation too.
