Hemiplegic Migraines-When To see a dr?

I think i may have hemiplegic migraines I never had a migraine before until 3 years ago when i was pregnant with my first child i got migraines all the time when i told my dr about it she told me it was normal because when your pregnant you have more blood than normal and its going thru your blood vessels real fast and not to worry about it that its normal to have migraines well after i had her i didnt get no more migraines well then 22 months later i got pregnant with my 2nd child then i got migraines but i got scared because my right side of my face started going numb then it would move down my arm to my hands then my vision would get blurry it would usually start onmy peripheal vision and move into my normal vision and it would be all blurry one time i was working in a warehouse on the line and it started and i almost passed out and almost fell over i didnt know what was happening i told my dr again and she said it was normal that if it happens after i have her to see my regular dr well after i had her i only got one more like that well i didnt think nothing of it well my mom started having migraines and she saw a dr and they told her she has allergies to certain types of mold and cigarette smoke well i just had my 3rd child about 3 months ago and ive had 2 migraines like these i use to have perfect memory now its hard to remember what i did the day before i dont like this cuz i have 3 young kids should i see a dr about this and i dont know of drsthat take my insurance where im at help me

You also have to check for high blood pressure, migraine attack, minor stroke which might cause this numbness. But as you are clear that these things have occured after your migraines you should consult a neurologist for an examination and do some routine tests which might throw some light on the complications which occured. Im not pregnant now but since having my daughter 3 months ago i have suffered 2 migraines since then which my arm and face have gone numb

You should surely see a neurologist and expain your prergnancy induced migraines with a clear history and what is happening. When your symptoms are going beyond your control it is always good to take medical help. It is good to identify what are the allergens which are causing these problems, should have proper sleep, stress less living, no smoking or alcohol in pregnancy. Take care!
