You should surely see a neurologist and expain your prergnancy induced migraines with a clear history and what is happening. When your symptoms are going beyond your control it is always good to take medical help. It is good to identify what are the allergens which are causing these problems, should have proper sleep, stress less living, no smoking or alcohol in pregnancy. Take care!

You also have to check for high blood pressure, migraine attack, minor stroke which might cause this numbness. But as you are clear that these things have occured after your migraines you should consult a neurologist for an examination and do some routine tests which might throw some light on the complications which occured. Take care!
