Hemongioma

Hemongioma

I had spinal fusion two years ago on my lower spine.  Did well until now.  I have been experincing severe pain in my rib cage area and right side of the back of my shoulder.  I have pain in the entire rib cage wrapping aroung my body as the day goes on.  Most tasks or walking or sitting in a hard chair make the symptoms worst.  I had an MRI two years ago and they found a hemongioma.   Dr. said no need to worry, they usually do not cause pain.  I can tell you that I am in a lot of pain.  Just had another MRI three days ago, awaiting results.  Is there anything else that could be causing this kind of pain?  What course of action should be done for a hemongioma? I appreciate any information or help you can give.
