Hi,
Your question of whether or not can it relapse depends on what condition has caused this hemorrhage.
He should take his medicine regularly. Exercise daily and do lifestyle changes.
Investigations and follow up with doctor's should be periodical.
Bye.
Thank you for the comment

Hi Snermeti,
How is your brother-in-law doing?
It suggests there was earlier a TIA in year 1998.
There is always a risk of patient having stroke, if he suffered a TIA earlier. Repeated convulsions suggest there was increased pressure inside the brain. This can be due to either a bleed, thromboembolic phenomenon with oedema, or due to any intracranial space occupying lesion. On MRI we have found that he is having hemorrhagic venous infarct.
Alternatively, you can read a little detail about this case on following link;

Hope this helps.
Bye.
