Hi there. MS is not considered hereditary disease, though certain genetic variations increase the risk of developing the disease. The risk of acquiring MS is higher in siblings, parents and children. environmental factors like decreased sun exposure,  decreased vitamin D production, severe stress, smoking, toxins including solvents, vaccinations, diet and hormone intake,  low serum uric acid levels, viral infections like human herpes viruses, Epstein barr, measles, mumps and rubella. Consult your neurologist for evaluation. Take care.

Thank you four your advice and help. As I am told I have a lot of the symptoms, but it is a long process to dx. I am now being treated with four different antiseziure meds, plus depression meds. I do have four brain lesions, good doctors. So thank you also for what you had to say. Molly
