Herniated disc L6/7 and Protrusion C5/6 Causing Lft sided light headedness

I ahve been having allot of headaches, sometimes just to the left side only. You can dram a line down the left side of the body and there is the pain area. I have a 5/6 all day. When I raise my hands over my head my blood flow slows. Left shoulder now has tendonitis.
In the middle of the night I wake up with tingling on my ring/pinky fingure depending on which ever one is up or down. Whn I am holding the phone I get the same thing.
I also just found out BOTH knees are shot! So that has made excersise hard. Swimming is the only thing I can do and I feel great in the pool, I combat side stroke and back stroke (occasionally) rescue swimmer back as well. I usually put in a mile in the pool ever day.
I am scared out of my wits and no one knows what is wrong with me. I know the C protrusions which is causing nueral canal narrowing (I don't have the report in front of me)
I have severe chest pains (not complete tear in pectorial muscle).
Basically every doctor I have seen is wondering why I am having the problems of a 70yr old women. I am 186 and haven't been able to excersise and don't know what to do. I am so scared and I am only 32 years old and I have a job that I have litterally givien my whole life to. What am I looking at?

had an injury with freight falling against left side of head.  since then have had headaches, dizziness, stiff neck, motion sickness,muscle pain under left shoulder blade that goes around to left chest muscles.  sometimes pain is so bad feel like fainting, and sometimes body reacts with a panic attack.  muscles burn in neck and back and chestmuscle hurts and feels sore.  longer i sit the worse it gets.  All pain has been on left side of body.  going on 4 months with pain.  waiting on mri results of thorasic.
