Without reviewing the films I am not able to comment on them. If you have a meningioma these are common masses in the brain and typically grow very slowly, and are typically only removed if they are causing symptoms. Regarding the hemorrhage, was this in the area of your previous injury, or located in a serparate area. If this was in the area of the previous injury, this may simply reflect changes from the injury. I assume the specialist reviewed the films. If they have not it would be reasonable to have a second person review them. Good luck.
