High Spikes in the frontal Lobe

Hi My 7 year old son recently had an eeg test and there was high spikes in his frontal lobe and now they want to do an 24 hour eeg and I have know idea what that means. He had febrile seizures when he was younger that lasted from 6months to about 1 year.  He was a healthy baby besides that but I noticed he didn't walk until about 15 months and didn't talk unntill 31/2 and has speech and lerning delays in school. Also he has shaking fits during sleep and makes a sucking noise. He also has them if he's awaken from sleep. He seems disoriented and hiis eyes are glossy for at least 3 min afterwards if you have any ideas what is wrong or what high spikes in the frontal lobe mean please let me know,
