Hit head 3days

I hit my head 3 days ago on the right side near my temple. At that time I was really dizzy and had to lay down. I had no loss of consciousness. However 3 days later I still have a headache. I cannot touch the area because it sends a sharp pain in my head. I feel a lot of pressure all over when I bend over. The pain also gets worse with opening my mouth wide, coughing or sneezing. Should I be concerned?

There could have been a trauma to the TMJ and surrounding structures (muscles and nerves) leading to the pain. There could have been a trauma to the brain also. Please go for an X ray of the joint, MRI of the brain and consult an oral surgeon and neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.  Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
