Hot and Cold/Tingling Feet

On any given day, my feet are burning hot or icy cold. There is very little feeling in the ends of my nerves. Multiple tests being performed by doctors now, but no diagnosis.
  Any suggestions?
Dear Bob:
It is very difficult to provide you with specific answers since we
do not have the luxury of having examined you and obtained a detailed
history. As you may or may not know, there are many reasons that could cause
these problems including  but not limited to neurologic problems. If you
think the problem is neurologic in origin then you should see a neurologist
who specializes in diseases of the peripheral nerves. He or she will perform
an EMG (if this has not been done) and this may lead to an answer.
Good Luck!
